Fried Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings, tips cut off and discarded
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients.
    Add chicken; turn once for 12 to 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in a foil lined pan. Drain.
    Replace in oven and bake until crisp.
