White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. salt
12 Tbsp. shortening
12 c. flour (about)
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add milk, sugar, salt and shortening.
Add 6 cups of flour and beat well.
Add about 6 cups flour until stiff.
Knead well on floured board, adding more flour if it sticks to board.
