Sweet Cauliflower Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium heads cauliflower
    2 green peppers, cut in strips
    1 qt. white vinegar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. white cloves
    2 tsp. pure salt
    2 sweet red peppers, cut in strips
    1 qt. onions, cut in wedges
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. each: mustard and celery seed
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Break cauliflower in florets, should be 2-quarts.
    Cook in a small amount of unsalted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Add cauliflower and simmer 2 minutes.
    Pack in 6 hot pint jars and seal.
    Process 5 minutes.
