Heavenly Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and salt until stiff, but not dry.
    Gradually beat in 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, beating until very stiff.
    Spread over bottom and sides of pastry shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden.
