Christine'S Pickle Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 cucumbers (5 c.)
2 lb. onions (2 c.)
1 bunch celery (3 c.)
1/4 c. salt
6 c. water
4 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

Grind cucumbers, onions and celery separately.\tAdd salt and water to ground cukes and onions and let stand overnight.
Add celery.
Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to vegetable mixture.
Boil for 10 minutes or longer then can.
