Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
    1 1/2 c. crushed buttery crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine.
    Spoon into a greased baking dish.
    Mix crushed crackers with melted margarine and sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
