Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. hot water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. beer
Preparation
    Mix flour and yeast together.
    In separate bowl, mix egg and water and add to flour mixture.
    Add beer and salt last.
    Mix together.
    Dip dry pieces of fish in batter, then deep fry until golden brown.
