Soft Play Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
3 c. water
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Cook on medium heat, stirring at all times until ball forms.
Knead dough until soft. Divide into separate portions and add food color, if desired. Store in airtight containers or Ziploc plastic bags.
