Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tsp. soda
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. raisin bran
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs slightly beaten
    1 c. canola oil
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Mix together all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, buttermilk mixture and stir.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18-20 minutes. Muffin batter may be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
