Spicy Roast Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frozen whole boneless turkey, thawed as to directions on pkg.
8 or 10 large garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. rosemary
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
garnish with rosemary and red pepper
Preparation

Remove mesh from turkey and flatten turkey on a cutting board, skin side down.
Combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt in a blender.
Turn on motor and gradually add oil until this is chopped coarsely.
Spread half the garlic mixutre over inside of turkey.
Reroll turkey to its original log shape, tying firmly every two inches.
Spread remaining mixture on the outside.
Roast on rack in roasting pan.
Roast at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0.
Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes.
Remove strings and slice.
