Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or apple cider
    6-8 chopped apples, do not peel
    1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 16 oz. container Kool Whip
Preparation
    Beat the eggs and place in a saucepan with the sugar, flour and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and set aside. Mix together the apples, crushed pineapple and nuts.
    Pour on the dressing mixture and combine well.
    Fold in the Kool Whip and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
    Makes 10-12 servings.
