Ingredients

2 oz. Nassau Royale
2 oz. rum
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg chocolate chips (6 oz. size)
2 egg whites (Eggbeaters)
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar and/or cream of tartar
Small pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Nassau Royale, rum and 1/4 c. sugar, heat to dissolve. Melt 1 pkg chocolate chips (6 oz), stir in the rum mix, let cool. Whip 2 egg whites to death in the blender, adding Balsamic vinegar and/or cream of tartar to help stiffen.
Add to cool chocolate/rum mix.
Stir in Cool Whip, fill wine glasses and chill.
