Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    tomatoes
    red peppers
    rice
    onion
    green peppers
    Spice Blend
    water
Preparation
    First oil the onions.
    When the onions get red, the onions should get red in between 1 to 10 minutes.
    Then put Spice Blends, also red and green peppers.
    Also tomato can be added.
    Last, water and rice can be added.
