Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. oil
1 c. applesauce
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to sugar mixture with 1 cup buttermilk.
Add applesauce and vanilla.
Bake in cake pan (approximate size 9 x 13-inch) for about 30 to 40 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
