Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift flour once.
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and soda.
Add oil; mix.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add carrots and mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0.
Makes three layers.
