Quick Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat (beef/venison)
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk or half and half
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown stew meat in skillet.
Mix soup and milk until creamy. Mix into stew meat and drippings.
Boil noodles according to directions, rinse and drain.
Pour meat and soup mixture over noodles.
Serve hot with biscuits or cornbread.
Yields approximately 6 servings.
