Vegetable Salad Mold - cooking recipe

    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    3 large apples, cut in chunks
    1 to 2 stalks chopped celery
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/4 c. raisins
