Mexican Chicken(Club Member: Brigitte Magee) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 pkg. Doritos
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken. Heat soup and Ro-Tel in a boiler.
    In a casserole dish, layer crushed Doritos, chicken, soup and grated cheese. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
