Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Ro-Tel with chilies
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. dried chopped onion
    1 to 2 tsp. sliced jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Blend in blender for a smooth texture.
    Stir together for a chunky sauce.
    Serve hot or cold.
