Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or ground chuck
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
about 4 oz. baked tortilla chips
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cracker Barrel cheese (reduced fat)
1 small can green chilies, chopped
Preparation

Brown turkey or beef and drain. Add enchilada sauce, soup, chilies and mix. Layer tortilla chips, meat mixture and cheese in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. (This is a good low fat dish.)
