1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
9 oz. pineapple chunks
9 oz. mandarin oranges
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds, sauteed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
sugar and pineapple juice to sweeten
