Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
food coloring

Preparation

Mash cheese and flavoring. Add color. Mix in xxx sugar. Roll into small balls. Roll in sugar. Press into mint mold and remove onto waxed paper.
