Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
3 c. fresh broccoli florets
2 c. diced peeled potatoes
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large saucepan combine first 6 ingredients; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-14 minutes or till vegies are tender.
Meanwhile in another saucepan melt butter, stir in flour till smooth, gradually add milk; bring to a boil cook and stir 2 minutes or till thickened.
Stir into veggie mixture.
Heat through, sprinkle with cheese in bowl.
