2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (6 oz.) frozen coconut
Preparation

Cream together the oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift the flour.
Add the buttermilk, flavoring and coconut.
Cook 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
