White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. white candied pineapple
    3/4 lb. red candied cherries
    3/4 lb. green candied cherries
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. broken pecans
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    6 well beaten eggs
    1 1/2 oz. bottle lemon extract
Preparation
    Sift 4 cups flour over all fruit.
    Mix with your hands.
    Cream together sugar and butter or margarine.
    Cream thoroughly.
    Add well beaten eggs.
    Mix butter mixture with fruit mixture with your hands.
    Pour over lemon extract.
    Mix thoroughly with hands.
    Oil loaf pans and line bottom with oiled brown paper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
