Turkey Or Chicken Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey or chicken (raw)
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. each: dry mustard, basil, thyme, poultry seasoning and sage
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
dash of pepper
1 small onion, minced
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend together all dry ingredients.
Add water and onion and again blend.
Add turkey or chicken and mix together thoroughly. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for an hour or two.
Shape into patties.
Coat with flour. Saut in olive oil about 10 minutes. Turn over and continue to cook another 10 minutes.
When done, add a few tablespoons water to pan to deglaze.
Allow sausage to sit in liquid until it is mostly absorbed.
