Oven Steak Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round or chuck steak (1 inch thick)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    4 small carrots, quartered
    2 stalks celery, cut in sticks
    4 medium potatoes, halved
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place meat in center of large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle meat with soup mix; cover with vegetables; dot with butter and sprinkle with salt.
    Fold foil and seal securely to hold juices.
    Place on baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Yields 4 servings.
