Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chunk style peanut butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in double boiler top.
    Cook over boiling water, stirring 15 to 20 minutes, or until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in confectioners sugar.
    Press into greased 9-inch square pan.
    Chill.
    Cut into 1-inch squares. Makes about 2 pounds.
