9 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
1 egg, separated
6 Tbsp. super fine sugar
1 c. unsifted flour
pinch of salt
6 oz. chocolate chunks
Preparation

Combine 8 tablespoons butter, the egg yolk, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
When completely blended, add chocolate chunks. Divide the dough in half and roll each one into a cylinder about 1 1/2-inches in diameter and 6-inches long.
Refrigerate until hard, about 2 hours.
