French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    about 1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Start in a slow 250\u00b0 oven.
    Increase to 350\u00b0 after filling sets around the edge.
    Bake for about 1 hour.
