Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 water pail ripe tomatoes
    2 large red peppers (cut up more if you want it hotter)
    12 onions, diced
    3 c. vinegar
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    some garlic cloves if you like garlic
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and
    dice red peppers and onions.
    Put in a large pot to
    cook.
    Add
    rest
    of\tingredients and cook all together until thick.
    Can while hot.
    Makes about 12 pints.
