Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut in half
    2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and green peppers *
    6 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place bacon in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Cover with paper towels. Microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
    Remove bacon. Reserve drippings in pie plate.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
