Easy Chicken Quiche(6 Main Dish Servings) - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 c. cooked white meat chicken, cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. canned milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Sprinkle chicken, cheese and onion in pastry.
In a bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add other ingredients and beat slightly.
Pour into pastry shell over cheese and chicken. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
