Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese of choice
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 prepared pie crust (top and bottom)
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onion, garlic and carrot; cook slightly.
    Add soup, cheese and oregano.
    Mix together and pour into a 9-inch pie plate with crust.
    Cover with crust; make slit for steam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
