Ingredients

2 c. grated raw potatoes
4 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Peel potatoes and soak in cold water 12 hours.
Pat dry and grate into a small bowl.
Add egg yolks, baking powder, salt and flour.
Beat well.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot greased griddle or skillet.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
