Saucy Skillet Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. jumbo macaroni
1 c. celery, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prepare macaroni according to package directions.
Drain.
In large skillet, cook ground beef, celery and onion.
Drain fat. Add tomatoes (breaking up with spoon), tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Mix cooked macaroni with meat sauce; heat on low for 5 minutes.
Just before serving, stir in grated cheese.
Makes 6 servings.
