Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, minus crusts
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Arrange bread slices in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients; pour over bread slices.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 325\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
