Carrot Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
salad greens
Preparation

Combine raisins, carrots and drained pineapple.
Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Serve on crisp salad greens. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
