Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine cooking oil and sugar.
Add eggs, beating thoroughly. Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Mix well. Add grated carrots and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until cake tests done.
