Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    2 (14.5 oz.) Italian style stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in pan.
    Bake covered 15 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven; drain.
    Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Pour sauce over chicken; top with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes, uncovered.
    This is good served on top of spaghetti with additional spaghetti sauce poured over all.
