Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and uncooked
    1 small chopped onion
    3 stalks chopped celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mild vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine remaining 3 ingredients together and add to pea mixture.
    Stir to coat.
    Refrigerate.
