Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt margarine in 2 qt. Casserole. Mix all dry ingredients; beat in milk until lumps are gone. Pour batter into melted margarine. Do not stir! Spoon sliced peaches over top of batter. Do not stir! Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is brown.
