Beef Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown ribs in oil in Dutch oven.
    In bowl, combine parsley, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, salt, bouillon cube and 1 cup boiling water. Pour over ribs and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
