Creole Style Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, sliced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove and set aside.
    Add onion and green pepper to the bacon grease and saute until tender.
    Blend in flour, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add tomatoes.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add beans and heat thoroughly.
    Top with bacon.
    Serves 6 to 8.
