Japanese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sake
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger root (1 inch piece)
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Combine rest of ingredients in blender.
    Pour over chicken.
    Marinate approximately 1 hour.
    Bake in marinade at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. If doubling recipe, make only 1 1/2 times marinade.
