Pommes Frites(Fried Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium red potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Place in pan; cover with water and boil until they can be pierced with a table knife.
    Drain in strainer or pat them completely dry before drying.
    In skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat and add potatoes. Brown potatoes on all sides by turning individually.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
