Cowboy Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
3/4 c. beer or water
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. coarsely chopped ham or 4 to 5 slices crumbled crisp cooked bacon
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers
1/3 c. molasses
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Rinse 2 cans of pinto beans and drain.
Put rest of ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole and mix thoroughly.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
