Cake In An Orange(Method: Coals) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 to 12 oranges
1 cake mix and ingredients

Preparation

Slice orange off 1/3 down from the top.
Spoon fruit out of bottom 2/3 of the orange, leaving an empty shell.
Prepare the cake mix according to box directions.
Fill each orange shell halfway with batter.
Place in coals to cook.
It may take 10 to 15 minutes (can be done in reflector oven).
Gingerbread mix is real good.
