After Dinner Mint Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh pineapple
    1/4 to 1/2 c. creme de menthe
Preparation
    Cut fresh pineapple into chunks and marinate in creme de menthe for about 2 hours.
    Spear each chunk with pick and serve from deep bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
