Toffee Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
dash chocolate frosting
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 c. oats
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and egg.
Beat thoroughly.
Sift together flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture.
